Sallie Jane Wilson, 96, of Forest City, North Carolina, died Friday, March 9, 2018, at Fair Haven of Forest City.

She was a native of Mill Spring, North Carolina, and the daughter of the late Bob E. Elliott and the late Victoria Womack Elliott. She was a lifetime member of Lebanon United Methodist Church. She loved flowers and loved gardening.

Sallie was preceded in death by four brothers; one sister; and was the widow to the late Clyde Wilson.

She is survived by one son, Jack Wilson and wife Judy of Inman, South Carolina; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m., Monday, March 12, 2018, at Lebanon United Methodist Church in Mill Spring, North Carolina. The funeral service will be at Lebanon United Methodist Church at 2 p.m., Monday, March 12, 2018, with the Rev. Ned Owens officiating.

Interment will be at Lebanon United Methodist Church Cemetery.
