Polk County District Court Results for Feb. 26

In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2018, with Judge T. Mack Brittain presiding, 55 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Joshua Stephen Mosley was convicted of resisting a public officer. Mosley was sentenced to five days in jail with credit for time served.

Crystal Rose Mullins was convicted of possess of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mullins was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for time served.

Christopher Nottingham was convicted of possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Nottingham was fined $50 and court costs.

Jason Morris Robinson was convicted of possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce. Robinson was fined $50 and court costs.
