Recently, Scott Hooper was honored by the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International. He was awarded a Paul Harris Fellow in recognition of tangible and significant assistance given in furtherance of better understanding and friendly relations among peoples of the world. Paul Harris Fellows are recognized for contributions made by them or in their name in increments of $1,000.  The Rotary Club of Tryon currently has 51 Paul Harris Fellows — many of whom have multiple recognitions.
