Friends of Agriculture to host breakfast Feb. 21

Polk County’s Office of Agricultural Economic Development and Polk County Farm Bureau are pleased to invite the public to the sixth Friends of Agriculture Breakfast of the season, which is held on Wednesday, Feb. 21, at 7 a.m.

Please note the new location of this free event at the Green Creek Community Center, located at 25 Shields Drive, Tryon.

Each Friends of Agriculture breakfast features a local food breakfast and an educational presentation on areas of interest to our community of farmers, gardeners and food enthusiasts. This month’s breakfast will feature a presentation by North Carolina Cooperative County Extension Director Scott Welborn.
