During the month of November 2017, the Columbus Police Department answered 489 calls for service.

There were 13 arrests, including one felony arrest, nine misdemeanor arrests, two driving while impaired and one fugitive arrest.

There were 120 total charges, including 43 speeding citations, four no operator’s license, seven driving while license revoked, two drug charges, two uninsured motorists, seven careless and reckless driving, 12 registration violations and one open container.

Officers completed 143 residence checks, 7,682 businesses checks, 181 church checks, assisted other agencies 16 times, completed 471 community patrols and received 50 hours of training.
