Columbus Lions news

The Columbus Lions brought non-perishable food items to their Christmas party in lieu of presents for one another. They filled the back of the Goodwin’s SUV.  The hundred pounds of edibles were then taken to the Thermal Belt Outreach Ministry, where they were happily received by Vennie Abrams, pantry coordinator.

This is another community service activity of the Lions, who welcome community support. You can help by contributing, either by joining the Club or sending your check to P. O. Box 121, Columbus NC 28722. Direct questions to President Fran Goodwin at 828-894-2505.
