Meet new classmates and work together with them – that was the challenge issued to students in Rowann Hoy’s science class at Polk County Middle School. On the second day of classes, Hoy formed groups of students within the class and gave them a teamwork challenge. Each group was given a tennis ball to balance on a washer that had four pieces of fishing line attached. Each student in the group had to hold a line and the lines had to be under the ball.
