Shirley Phillips Edwards, 80, of Tryon, N.C., passed away peacefully on July 5, 2017 in the Elizabeth House, Flat Rock, N.C.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, July, 9, 2017 in First Baptist Church of Tryon with Dr. Jeff Harris and Mr. Phil Scoggins officiating.
