Barbara Todd Pearson, 84, of Saluda, N.C. passed on June 12, 2017 after a brief illness.

Barbara worked in banking for many years with Northwestern Bank and First Citizens Bank of Hendersonville, N.C. and was known for her friendly manner and her ability to make people laugh.

She was preceded in death by her parents Maj. David and Eleanor Todd of Tryon, N.C., and her husband of 20 years, Charles Pearson Sr.

She is survived by her three children, Charles W. Pearson Jr. (Dawn), Deborah Pearson Fisher (Billy) and Lisa Todd Pearson, three grandchildren, Morgan Pearson Martin (Ryan), Charles W. Pearson III and David Glenn Pearson, one great grandson, Roland Pearson Martin.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 17, 2017 in Saluda City Cemetery with The Rev. William M. Shand officiating.
