A GoFundMe page has been started to assist the Tuesday School at 328 Melrose Ave. in Tryon to raise $12,000 following a shortfall in their budget, according to board member Adam Marcello.  The school is working on a long-term solution involving grant funding and financial assistance from alumni and corporate sponsorships. “These 3-year-olds are so smart and important to our community and they deserve a more enhanced curriculum that applies critical thinking skills,” said Marcello Tuesday. “The community needs this because the last thing Tryon needs is to lose more families that would go to Landrum, Hendersonville or Forest City.” The 45-year-old Tuesday School is a non-profit, parent cooperative preschool.
