On Wednesday, Feb. 15 FENCE will be holding a trail workday from 10 a.m. to noon. Local hikers, Palmetto Trail enthusiasts and FENCE supporters are encouraged to attend.

Volunteers can meet at the parking area located by the paved trail and FENCE gardens. From there volunteers will travel to a portion of FENCE property which encompasses a section of the Palmetto Trail.

This workday will include trail clearing and some minor trail relocation. Dress for the weather and bring along a water bottle, snack and your favorite trail tool.
