Free admission at Pearson’s Falls on Valentine’s Day

Pearson’s Falls is offering free admission on Feb. 14. and the 14th visitor passing by the gate house will get a free pint of local honey. The weather will be sunny and cool and it will be a great time for an easy hike up the ¼ mile trail to the 90 foot waterfall. Pearson’s Falls is open from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Sunday. The gate closes at 4:15 p.m.

Pearson’s Falls is located on Hwy. 176 North three miles from Tryon. Watch for signs on the left. From Saluda follow 176 South down the mountain about three miles. Follow the signs to Pearson’s Falls on the right.

Or, at the intersection of Hwy. 176 and Ozone Drive you can turn right toward Saluda. Watch on the left side of the road for Pearson’s Falls Rd. which is across from the school. Turn left onto this road and follow it down to 2748 Pearson’s Falls Rd. Pearson’s Falls entrance will be on the right.
