Carla Filippelli will be at Foothills Nature Equestrian Center (FENCE) on Saturday, Jan. 28 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. to teach  a class titled “Learn Wicker Basketry: Create an interwoven basket.” Participants will learn wicker basketry techniques while creating an interwoven base basket.

With the use of hand-dyed, colorful reeds students will focus on shaping, texture changes, basketry tips and more.

Pre-registration for this event is required as space is limited. Contact FENCE to register for this class. There is a fee for this workshop which includes all supplies. Beginners are welcome.
