Praising in the Park set for Saturday

This year’s Praising in the Park is set for Saturday, Sept. 24, at 3 p.m., and will be packed full of inspirational songs and dance.

It will feature some local talent, Apryl Miller Cunningham and Steve Hardin, both from Tryon. National recording artist, Dorothy Norwood, will appear as the special guest, accompanied by Michael Smith and the Voices of Inspiration.

Rounding off the list of performers will be Changed, Jeremy Littlejohn, FIYA Dance University, Mic Eternal-Christian Rap, Pastor Bobby Cohen & Men of God, Maggie Thompson, Divine Harmony. Admission is free and there will be free food and drink.
