Sarah Bright, 41, Campobello, died July 29, 2016. Sarah was born in Spartanburg, S.C. on May 8, 1975, a daughter of Priscilla (Carter) Neff, of Campobello and the late Dr. George J. Neff, Jr. and the wife of Ralph Bright, III. Arrangements are August 2 at Lake Bowen Baptist Church.
