Murder in a Moonlit Mason Jar, by Saluda author Corinne Gerwe, is now available. This is a sequel to her first fiction, The Strange Case of the Doyle Diary Murders. The fictionalized setting of Serena is a carbon copy of Saluda, N.C. A book signing at the Saluda Historic Depot is planned at the Saluda Historic Depot on April 16 from 4 to 6 p.m.

Corinne Gerwe lives in Saluda, N.C. and has been inspired by the people in Saluda and surrounding area, which is sometimes obvious in her fictional tales and characters. Based on her background as an associate professor in the field of neuropsychology, and years of work in her field within hospital, prison, and military based systems, Dr. Gerwe became internationally recognized.

 

With a keen understanding of the complexities of human nature, an eye for the sparkling detail, and a passionate, creative and positive nature, she has branched out into a line of dramatic stories, fiction and nonfiction, that delight her readers. Her life experiences give color and depth to the nonfiction she writes.
