Novoma Skidmore, 91, of Tryon, N.C., died Friday, March 18, 2016 in the Elizabeth House in Flat Rock, N.C.

Born in Dryfork, W.Va., she was the widow of the late Orvis Skidmore, who passed away in 1974. She enjoyed going to the Meeting Place in Columbus, N.C. She also enjoyed puzzles and playing bingo. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
