Talmadge Russell Plumley, 87, of Landrum passed away Dec. 22, 2015. He was the son of the late Fred and Della Hughes Plumley and husband of Sylvia Tucker Plumley.

 

He was an accountant with Bigelow Sanford and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.

 

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children, Douglas Plumley (Cheryl) and Patricia Shehan (James), two brothers, two sisters, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

 

He is predeceased by five brothers.

 

The family will receive friends from 1:30-3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 27, 2015 at Oak Grove Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. conducted by Rev. Lynn Stewart and Rev. Ken Weathers. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
