In Polk County Superior Court Administrative Session on Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2015, with Judge Mark E. Powell presiding, 170 cases were heard. Some cases were continued or dismissed.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Araceli Acuna was convicted of maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance. Acuna was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation and court costs.

Jessica Lorraine Campbell was convicted of three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Campbell was sentenced to one year supervised probation and court costs.

Jeremy Keith Hembree was convicted of two counts of breaking and or entering, larceny after break/enter, felony larceny and conspiracy to break/enter, larceny. Hembree was sentenced to 15-27 months in prison.
