The final 2015 gathering of the Foothills Music Club, Inc. took place at the home of Ellen Harvey Zipf on Dec.10. Seasonal music was performed by singers and instrumentalists and included piano, bassoon, recorder, and melodica. Each year the FMC awards scholarships to local high school music students. The auditions for scholarships will be March 4 and 5. All high school students who are studying and/or have an interest in classical music are encouraged to apply.
