Cathy Jackson Realty and Beverly-Hanks & Associates, Realtors are joining hands to better serve the mountain communities surrounding Saluda, N.C. The two firms will merge and remain at the 153 East Main St., Saluda address that is currently home to Cathy Jackson Realty.  During the past nine years that Cathy Jackson Realty has been helping sellers successfully market and sell their homes, the Western North Carolina markets have become increasingly dependent upon the ability to reach beyond our mountain communities.

By merging with Beverly-Hanks, Cathy Jackson Realty’s associates will provide national exposure through Beverly-Hanks’ membership in Leading Real Estate Companies of The World, the largest network of independent real estate firms in the United States.

The merger was scheduled to take place officially on Nov. 1, 2015.  Cathy Jackson Realty associates will be transferring their clients’ properties to beverly-hanks.com and switching yard signs to the black and white, Beverly-Hanks & Associates yard signs in early November.
