Recently the Polk County Rockin’ Rabbits 4-H Club participated in the rabbit show at the NC Mountain State Fair. All youth won best of class in their individual categories, and Zoey Alexander won Best Breed for her lion-head rabbit, “Sherlock.” The club welcomes new members. Youth in the club are learning about animal care, grooming, anatomy and physiology and will be starting to work on rabbit agility.
