Mrs. Patricia Kay O’Neil Watkins, age 43, passed away Sunday June 14, 2015 at her home. She is survived by her husband Ronald “Ronnie” Watkins, her parents Robert Lee Dupler and Patricia Pride Dupler, as well as a number of other family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
