Polk County District Court results for Nov. 5

During Polk County District Court Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2014, with Judge Athena F. Brooks presiding, 204 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Donald Baynard was convicted of misdemeanor larceny and impaired equipment. Baynard was sentenced to 10 days in jail with credit for time served and court costs.

Winston Lynn Brashears was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Brashears was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Lanier Ricard Castillo was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 70 mph zone. Castillo was fined $50 and court costs.

Janis Holt Collins was convicted of level one driving while impaired. Collins was sentenced to 30 days in jail, one year supervised probation, a $300 fine and court costs.

Margaret Conner Dalton was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession of schedule II controlled substance. Dalton was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs.

Charles Quinton Davis was convicted of possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia. Davis was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $75 fine and court costs.

Patrick Dean Goodrich was convicted of sexual battery. Goodrich was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation and court costs.

Sharon Gillie Green was convicted of level five driving while impaired and possession of paraphernalia. Green was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Thomas David Lapan was convicted of speeding 80 mph in a 65 mph zone. Lapan was fined $10 and court costs.

Ian Kenist McReynolds was convicted of failure to notify DMV of address change. McReynolds as to pay court costs.

Adam Jeffrey Milledge was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Milledge was fined $79 and court costs.

April Dawn Moore was convicted of failure to appear on misdemeanor. Moore was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs.

Brandi Lynne Page was convicted of impaired equipment. Page was fined $40 and court costs.

Nicolas Cuido Perez was convicted of level two driving while impaired. Perez was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 18 months supervised probation, a $100 fine and court costs.

Marc C. Radley was convicted of impaired equipment. Radley was fined $40 and court costs.

Chelsea Amanda Rollins was convicted of impaired equipment. Rollins was fined $100 and court costs.

Michael Anthony Tate was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Tate was sentenced to five days in jail with credit for time served and court costs.

Jerry Lewis Toney was convicted of misdemeanor larceny. Toney was sentenced to 11 days in jail with credit for time served and court costs.

Sharon Lee Toomey was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Toomey was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Ronald Alden Watts was convicted of failure to notify DMS of address change. Watts was to pay court costs.

Donna Bolling Weiner was convicted of simple possession of schedule II controlled substance. Weiner was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and court costs.

Cody Brittain Willliams was convicted of impaired equipment. Williams was fined $200 and court costs.
