This event is for all age groups and there will be different organizations on hand to give out valuable information on how to prepare for the many different types of emergencies that we could face in Polk County.
We encourage the community to attend.
Organizations participating in the event include St. Luke’s Hospital, Polk County Department of Social Services, The Meeting Place, Polk County EMS, Polk County Emergency Management, Columbus Fire Department, American Red Cross, Polk County Rescue Squad, Polk County Agriculture and Economic Development, North Carolina Forest Service.
