Teresa Jane Moore, 60, of Rutherfordton, died on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at her residence.
She was born in Buncombe County to the late David Mckinney & Arizona “Bonnie” Grant Mckinney.
Teresa was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.  She was also of the Baptist faith.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Robert Moore, children Melissa Moore (Richard) of Mill Spring, Jennifer Spicer of Asheville, David Ramsey (Debrah) of Rutherfordton, step-children Patricia Mullis(Tim) of Gastonia, Robert Moore, Jr.(Tami) of Lincolnton, Teresa Smith(Shane) of Shelby, Johnny Moore(Hannah) of Bessemer City, siblings; Sherrie Harris(Ralph) of Swannanoa and Steve McKinney of Asheville, 22 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Linda Perkins.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m, Thursday, May 29, 2014 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Polk County, with Rev. Warren Elliot officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m on Wednesday May 28, 2014 in the Church Sanctuary.
