Students who perform voluntary community service are 19 percent more likely to graduate from college than those that do not. Hospice of the Carolina Foothills has volunteer opportunities for youth and families.
Learn about them at the HOCF booth at the “Spring Into a Healthy Summer” event on May 31, 9 a.m. – noon, on the courthouse lawn in Columbus. Younger children can contribute on the spot by creating a card for a hospice patient. All supplies will be provided.
