The Polk County High School golf team placed fourth in a match played on April 22 at Grassy Creek in Spruce Pine, N.C.

Individual Polk County High School scores were Will Ballard, 74,; Jaron Bontrager 96; RJ Weathers, 100; Tanner Garrett, 106; Daniel Weathers, 96 and Zane Capozzi, 110.
Polk County was second in a match held April 24 at Tryon Country Club.
