PCHS track and field athletes get help from Parisi Speed School Director

Parisi Speed School, speed and agility training facility at Xcel Sportsplex in Hendersonville, N.C. offers athletes individualized sports performance evaluation and training. Colby Harris, Parisi Speed School Director, has spent numerous volunteer hours this spring helping evaluate and improve the running technique of Polk County High’s track and field athletes. “We are excited and grateful for Coach Harris’ willingness to work with our athletes.  He is very knowledgeable and personable and we look forward to his efforts helping our kids improve technique, speed and agility,” says coach Jenny Wolfe.
