The Anuran, the literary magazine published annually at Isothermal Community College, features essays, poetry, cover design and photography.
Students who have been enrolled in any program at Isothermal from Summer 2013 to Spring 2014 may enter all four categories. For the poetry contest, any resident of Rutherford, Cleveland, McDowell or Polk County may enter, as long as he or she is not employed as faculty or staff at the college. For the second year, the magazine will also feature a section for young poets K-12.
