Sound therapy and relaxation with Tibetan bowls

Published 10:21 pm Monday, January 6, 2014

Sound is a powerful tool that connects people with the sound of the universe and his or her own sound, which allows the individual to find inner space of silence, peace, serenity and joy.
Sound therapy can treat stress and anxiety, headaches, depression, muscle contractions, moods and many other obstacles people face each day.

Pauline Ross will offer a peaceful sound therapy session, relaxing to the sound of healing Tibetan bowls Sunday, Jan. 12 and Jan. 19 from 3-4 p.m. It is recommended that you reserve a space. A small donation is accepted.

The session will take place in the yoga room on the second floor of the Mill Spring Agricultural and Community Center. For more information, call 828-863-2883.
