George “Bruce” Layne of Hendersonville died Dec. 22.
He is survived by son, Terry Layne (Laurie) of Hendersonville; daughters, Janet McGuinn (Mike) of Sunny View and Joy Thompson (Jerry) of Hendersonville; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Smith and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Dec. 28 at 2 p.m. in the chapel at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
