The Polk County Sheriff’s Office recently arrested a Mill Spring man and woman on drug charges.

The arrests were made following the execution of a search of the Rebel Lane, Mill Spring home.

Dorothy Elizabeth Gargus, 23, of 63 Rebel Lane, Mill Spring was arrested and charged with one county of felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of felony maintaining a place for a controlled substance, according to sheriff reports.

Chad William McDowell, 27, of 63 Rebel Lane, Mill Spring was arrested and charged with one count of felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule IV controlled substance and one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, according to sheriff reports.
