Judy Lair of the Rotary Club of Tryon has been recognized as a benefactor to the Rotary International Foundation. The recognition is in honor of her strong support of the work of the Rotary Foundation to achieve world understanding and peace through international humanitarian, educational and cultural exchange programs.
