A country breakfast fundraiser will be held at the Sunny View Community Clubhouse Saturday, April 6 from 7 a.m.-10 a.m.

The event is being held by a group of community members who realized the building was in need of repairs and took on the job of reviving the clubhouse.

The community building is located at 95 Coopers Gap Rd Mill Spring just off N NC 9 Hwy just past the Sunny View Elementary School and Sunny View Fire and Rescue.

The menu is as follows: scrambled eggs, sausage, homemade gravy, livermush, homemade biscuits, grits, fried bologna, jelly, coffee, orange juice and soft drinks.

Take-out plates will be available as well as raffle tickets for the chance to win an  IPAD 4 with Retina display.
