O.P. Earle students victorious over 7 minute challenge

“Students anxiously awaited the hanging of the paperclips each week. Many students could be found checking and comparing grade level totals throughout the day. This friendly competition kept the students motivated all throughout the challenge,” she said.
The school-wide goal was 63,360 minutes of extra academic activity.
In the matter of one month O.P. Earle students recorded a mind-boggling 170,737 minutes. Fifth-grade students won the individual grade level competition and were invited for s’mores with Murray. Then at 7 p.m. Murray made his way onto the roof.
