Charles Larry Wilson and Shelba Jean McKee were married on June 24, 1962 at Mill Spring First Baptist Church.
A reception celebrating their 50th anniversary will be held Saturday, June 23 at 2 p.m. at Mill Spring First Baptist, hosted by Robert and Juanita Bruce. The couple had two sons, Chucky and Eric Wilson, both deceased.
A trip to Alaska is planned for later in the summer.
