First Baptist Church of Landrum’s GA group, along with some parents and leaders, spent a recent Wednesday evening helping out at the Hospice Thrift Barn. They dusted shelves and furniture and straightened the clothes on the sales floor, among a miscellany of other tasks. And they also did a little shopping! Tracey Brannon, volunteer coordinator at the Thrift Barn, invites church and school groups to take advantage of this opportunity to serve their community.
