Jeff and Wanda Reid of Mill Spring announce the engagement of their daughter, Shawna Layne Reid to Louis Chad McKee.  Chad is the son of the late Mark McKee and Pam Hammon of Hamburg, Ariz. Shawna is employed at Owens Pharmacy in Tryon. Chad is a staff sergeant in the U.S. Army, currently based at Fort Benning, Ga. The couple plans to be married June 30, 2012 at Rogers Park.
