Polk superior court results

In Polk County Criminal Superior Court Administrative Session held April 18 with Judge Mark E. Powell presiding, 73 cases were heard. Some cases were continued or dismissed.
The following persons were convicted of a crime (names are given as they appear in court records):
Wayman Dale Allison was convicted of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Allison was sentenced to 30 months supervised probation and court costs.
Bruce Wayne Glover was convicted of obtaining property under false pretense. Glover was sentenced to 30 months supervised probation and court costs.
Joseph Kevin Gravely was convicted of felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Gravely was sentenced to one year supervised probation and court costs.
Casey Ryan Johnson was convicted of felony probation violation. Johnson was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 14 days of credit and to continue on probation upon release.
Trinity Justice was convicted of three counts of felony probation violation out of county. Justice was sentenced to 83 days in jail with 83 days credit and to continue on probation.
Jonathan Jamez Lebeck was convicted of felony probation out of county. Lebeck’s probation was terminated.
Randy Rashawn Littlejohn was convicted of false statement making insurance application. Littlejohn was sentenced to five days in jail with credit for time served.
Domonique Deshae Miller was convicted of false statement making insurance application. Miller was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and court costs.
Christopher D. Nesbitt was convicted of attaining property under false pretense and conspiracy to make false statements on insurance application. Nesbitt was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and court costs.
Kadsha Webster was convicted of false statement making insurance application. Webster was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and court costs.
