Polk district court results

In Polk County District Court held Wednesday, April 18, 2012 with Judge T. Mack Brittain presiding, 126 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime (names are given as they appear in court records):
Jonathan David Clary was convicted of simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. Clary was sentenced to 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
David Patrick Hefner was convicted of driving after consuming under age 21 and level 5 driving while impaired. Hefner was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation and court costs for driving after consuming and 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs for driving while impaired.
Ashley Nicole Johnson was convicted of possession/consumption beer/wine on unauthorized premise. Johnson was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $25 fine and court costs.
Ross Patrick Kelly was convicted of level 5 driving while impaired. Kelly was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine, $300 in restitution to the state bureau of investigation and court costs.
Joann M. Kemper was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kemper was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $100 fine and court costs.
Roger Walter Ledford was convicted of speeding 92 mph in a 65 mph zone. Ledford was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $92 fine and court costs.
Joseph Jeremy Lewis was convicted of driving while license revoked. Lewis was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $200 fine and court costs.
Lindsay B. Maio was convicted of speeding 96 mph in a 65 mph zone and following too closely. Maio was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $96 fine and court costs.
Kimberly Russell Moss was convicted of level 3 driving while impaired. Moss was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation, 72 hours of community service, a $300 fine, $300 in restitution to the state bureau of investigation and court costs.
Sabrina Renee Painter was convicted of failure to appear on misdemeanor. Painter was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $75 fine and court costs.
Donna Michelle Praytor was convicted of driving while license revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia. Praytor was sentenced to 55 days in jail with credit for time served.
Griffin Mal Richardson was convicted of providing fictitious information to an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon. Richardson was sentenced to five days in jail with credit for time served.
Mark Wilkins was convicted of driving while license revoked. Wilkins was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $100 fine and court costs.
