Pea Ridge Community Club holds monthly gathering April 12

The Pea Ridge community will hold its monthly gathering on Thursday, April 12at the Community Center at 7 p.m.
All interested persons are invited to attend and bring a snack and beverage.
Guest speaker Amy Hollifield will describe the work of the Blue Ridge National Heritage Area in Western North Carolina. One of 49 heritage areas in the United States, it partners with the National Park Service, which serves as an advisor, provides technical assistance and distributes matching federal funds.
The Polk County mobile recycling truck will make its regular visit to the Pea Ridge Community Center just before the community gathering, from 6:30 – 7 p.m. The truck visits the community center on the second Thursday of each month from 6:30 – 7 p.m.
Pea Ridge Community Center is located at 207 Big Level Road, 3 ½ miles east of Mill Spring, just off Hwy. 108.
