The Green Creek Fire Department will hold a hot dog sale fundraiser on April 21 from 4 – 7 p.m.
Plates with two hot dogs, slaw, beans and chips will be sold to raise money for the restoration of an antique fire engine that was used by the department many years ago. The fire engine had been sold to an individual but was recently purchased by Janice Fagan and donated to the fire department. Fire department officials said they will need to make major repairs to get the engine going again.
