Columbus Mayor Eric McIntyre presented Columbus Finance Officer Kathy Gregory with the Governmental Finance Officers of America (GFOA) Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting. This is the third year in a row Columbus has received the distinction, which is the highest form of recognition in governmental accounting.
