Chelsey Byars of Mill Spring and Cody Price of Green Creek announce their engagement. Cody is the son of Rev. Steve and Kim Price. Chelsey is the daughter of Roger and Lisa Byars. Cody is employed with Inman-Campobello Water District of Inman, S.C. and Chelsey is employed with Miss Tammy’s Little Learning Center of Landrum.
