Billy Mosseller enjoys a previous Go Fly A Kite Day at FENCE. This year’s Go Fly A Kite Day will be Sunday, March 11 from 1 – 5 p.m. @ FENCE. The first 200 people will receive a free kite. This free event is made possible by the Kirby Foundation at Polk County Community Foundation.
