Polk district court results

In Polk County District Court held Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011 with Judge Peter Knight presiding, 55 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court. The following persons were convicted of a crime (names are printed as they appear in court records):
Timothy Edwards was convicted of speeding 92 mph in a 65 mph zone. Edwards was fined $92 and court costs.
Jeramy Adam Hensley was convicted of felony probation violation. Hensley’s probation was terminated.
Ruby Miller Miller was convicted of failure to stop at stopsign/flashing red light. Miller was fined $25 and court costs.
Stephen Greg Pettyjohn was convicted of three counts of communicating threats. Pettyjohn was sentenced to 18 months unsupervised probation and court costs.
