Tryon Painters and Sculptors opens new year with instructors and students show

Tryon Painters and Sculptors’ first gallery show of 2012 will feature work by instructors and students. An opening reception will be held Saturday, Jan. 7 from 5-7 p.m. Wine and refreshments will be served. The exhibit will run through Jan. 21, 2012.
The show will consist of work by five instructors and their students: Lalage Warrington (sculpture); Margie Davis (painting); Dick Neff and Michael McCarthy (life drawing) and William Ryan (painting). Each instructor will have four pieces in the show as well as exhibiting their students’ work.
