Full Proof Ministries will sponsor a singing benefit program honoring Calvin Carson.
The event will be held on Sunday, Nov. 27 at 4 p.m. at the church.
Carson, who has been a Hospice volunteer for five years, has been diagnosed with cancer himself.
The church is located at 199 Jackson Street in Tryon.
