Tuesday School, Tryon’s non-profit parent cooperative preschool, held its second annual Tot Trot 5K on Oct. 29 at Red Fox Country Club. Runners received awards crafted by the Tuesday School artists. The 5K was followed by a 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk. This was a favorite part of the day for many of the preschoolers, who crossed the finish line where medals awaited them. The event also included a golf contest and Trunk-or-Treat for the young runners.
